Deep Opal Store Return Policy

At Deep Opal Store, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free return experience. If you wish to return an eligible product, you may submit a return request within 10 days from the date of delivery.

General Terms & Conditions

All returned products are subject to a Quality Inspection before approval.
Deep Opal Store reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
No refund will be issued for products that fail the inspection or are not eligible for return.
If a return request is rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
If the customer fails to receive the returned product, Deep Opal Store may hold it for a limited period. Additional storage or re-delivery charges may apply.
Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or missing parts/accessories are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will apply if the return reason is:
Change of mind
Ordered by mistake
No longer needed
Did not like the product
If the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or an incorrect item was received, Deep Opal Store will cover the return shipping cost.

Product-Specific Return Policy

Phones
Must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging.
All accessories, charger, manuals, and the original box must be included.
Activated, used, or physically damaged phones cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Tablets
Must be returned with the original packaging and all included accessories.
Tablets with scratches, cracks, or signs of misuse are not eligible for return.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or eligible unused products.

Laptops
Must be returned with the original box, charger, manuals, and accessories.
Laptops showing physical damage, liquid damage, or software modifications are not eligible for return.
Manufacturing defects are covered under the return policy.

Watches
Watches must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
All tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
Worn, resized, or damaged watches are not eligible for return.

Perfumes
Perfumes must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
Opened, used, or partially consumed perfumes cannot be returned.
Damaged or leaking products delivered to the customer are eligible for return.

Mobile Phone Accessories
(Including chargers, cables, earphones, cases, screen protectors, adapters, etc.)
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Installed, opened, or damaged accessories are not eligible for return.
Defective accessories may qualify for replacement or refund after inspection.

Laptop Accessories
(Including chargers, keyboards, mouse, laptop bags, cooling pads, adapters, etc.)
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Used or damaged accessories are not eligible for return.
Manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or refund.

Power Banks
Must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
Used, physically damaged, or water-damaged power banks are not eligible for return.
Manufacturing defects are covered under the return policy.

Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
Opened or used perfumes
Activated phones, tablets, or laptops (unless they have a manufacturing defect)
Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage
Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging
Products that have been repaired, modified, or tampered with after delivery

Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and successfully passed the quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
